榮信興業(ye)高(gao)壓(ya)無功(gong)補(bu)償裝置(簡稱RSVG),采(cai)用(yong)瞬時無功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)理論的無功(gong)檢測方式(shi),以(yi)(yi)功(gong)率(lv)因數、網(wang)側電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作為(wei)控制目標,動(dong)態跟蹤電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)能相關(guan)指(zhi)標的變(bian)(bian)化,并根據變(bian)(bian)化情況調節無功(gong)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出,實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)能質量運行。控制器采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)速DSP和FPGA,實(shi)現全數字化控制,電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)數字閉環(huan)和載波移相技術,信號采(cai)用(yong)光纖(xian)傳輸(shu)(shu)(shu),實(shi)現了高(gao)壓(ya)隔(ge)離,提高(gao)了整(zheng)機(ji)的穩定性和可靠(kao)性。采(cai)用(yong)IGBT組成(cheng)的H橋功(gong)率(lv)模塊鏈(lian)作為(wei)逆變(bian)(bian)主電(dian)(dian)路的結構形式(shi),拓撲簡單,性能可靠(kao),并輔助(zhu)以(yi)(yi)小容量儲能元件(jian),整(zheng)機(ji)輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)由多個(ge)電(dian)(dian)平臺階合成(cheng)階梯波,經過輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)濾波后正弦(xian)度好(hao)。RSVG由于輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)平數多,輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出波形具有(you)更好(hao)的諧波頻譜,因此(ci)RSVG可稱為(wei)“完美無諧波變(bian)(bian)流(liu)器”。
RAPF是一(yi)種(zhong)自動(dong)跟蹤電(dian)網諧波變化,具有高(gao)度可控性(xing)與快(kuai)速響(xiang)應性(xing)的(de)新(xin)型(xing)電(dian)力電(dian)子裝置(zhi)。可用于(yu)動(dong)態抑(yi)制諧波、補(bu)償(chang)無功(gong),還能夠對大小和頻(pin)率都(dou)變化的(de)諧波以及(ji)變化的(de)無功(gong)進行補(bu)償(chang)。APF克服了傳統無源濾(lv)波器濾(lv)波效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)差、容(rong)易發生諧振和只能補(bu)償(chang)固(gu)定次數諧波的(de)缺(que)點,對各種(zhong)快(kuai)速瞬變的(de)沖(chong)擊型(xing)負(fu)載均能起(qi)到(dao)更好(hao)的(de)濾(lv)波和補(bu)償(chang)效(xiao)果(guo)(guo)。

電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)爐做為(wei)非線(xian)性及無規(gui)律負荷接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網,將會對電(dian)(dian)(dian)網產生(sheng)一系(xi)列不良影響。榮(rong)信興(xing)業SVC系(xi)統響應(ying)小于10ms,完(wan)全(quan)可以滿足嚴格(ge)的(de)技(ji)術要求,能夠向電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)爐快速提供無功電(dian)(dian)(dian)流并(bing)且穩定母線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,增加冶(ye)金有功功率(lv)的(de)輸出提高生(sheng)產效率(lv),并(bing)且最大限度地降低閃變的(de)影響。
SVC應(ying)用于高(gao)壓輸電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang),可(ke)(ke)(ke)以(yi)明顯提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)輸配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能(neng)。在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的一(yi)處(chu)或多處(chu)適合的位置上安裝SVC,可(ke)(ke)(ke)穩定(ding)弱系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓、增(zeng)加(jia)小干(gan)擾下的阻尼、提高(gao)瞬變穩態極限、增(zeng)加(jia)傳輸能(neng)力(li),使現有(you)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)發揮(hui)最大(da)效率,同時減(jian)少傳輸損耗。此外,在配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)中安裝SVC系(xi)統(tong)也可(ke)(ke)(ke)有(you)效的改善配(pei)(pei)網(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓穩定(ding)性(xing),大(da)幅減(jian)小電(dian)(dian)壓波動。
SVC應用于高壓(ya)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),可以明顯提高電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統(tong)輸配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性能(neng)。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)一處或多(duo)處適合(he)的(de)位置上安裝SVC,可穩(wen)(wen)定弱(ruo)系統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、增加小干(gan)擾下的(de)阻(zu)尼、提高瞬變穩(wen)(wen)態極限、增加傳輸能(neng)力,使現有電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)發揮(hui)最(zui)大效(xiao)率,同時減少傳輸損耗(hao)。此外,在配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中安裝SVC系統(tong)也可有效(xiao)的(de)改(gai)善配(pei)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩(wen)(wen)定性,大幅減小電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波動。
高壓串補(bu)裝置主(zhu)要(yao)用于提升高壓輸電(dian)線路(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的輸送能力、增(zeng)強(qiang)傳(chuan)輸線路的功(gong)角(jiao)穩(wen)定性。
配網(wang)中(zhong)壓(ya)串補裝置主要用(yong)于提升(sheng)長距離配電(dian)線路(10kV、35kV、66kV等(deng))的末端電(dian)壓(ya),改(gai)善企業(ye)和居民用(yong)電(dian)質量。
