榮(rong)信興(xing)業高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)無(wu)功(gong)補償裝置(簡(jian)稱(cheng)RSVG),采用(yong)瞬(shun)時無(wu)功(gong)功(gong)率(lv)理(li)論的(de)無(wu)功(gong)檢測方式(shi),以(yi)功(gong)率(lv)因數(shu)(shu)、網(wang)側(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)作(zuo)為(wei)控(kong)制目標,動態(tai)跟蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)相關(guan)指標的(de)變(bian)化,并根據變(bian)化情況調節無(wu)功(gong)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu),實現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)質(zhi)量運行。控(kong)制器采用(yong)高速DSP和FPGA,實現(xian)全數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化控(kong)制,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)閉(bi)環和載波(bo)移相技術(shu),信號采用(yong)光纖傳(chuan)輸(shu),實現(xian)了高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)隔離,提高了整(zheng)機(ji)的(de)穩定性(xing)和可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)。采用(yong)IGBT組成的(de)H橋功(gong)率(lv)模塊鏈作(zuo)為(wei)逆變(bian)主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)結構形(xing)式(shi),拓撲簡(jian)單,性(xing)能(neng)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao),并輔助(zhu)以(yi)小容量儲(chu)能(neng)元件,整(zheng)機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)由多個電(dian)(dian)(dian)平臺階合成階梯(ti)波(bo),經(jing)過輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗濾波(bo)后正弦度好。RSVG由于輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平數(shu)(shu)多,輸(shu)出(chu)(chu)波(bo)形(xing)具有更好的(de)諧波(bo)頻譜,因此RSVG可(ke)稱(cheng)為(wei)“完美無(wu)諧波(bo)變(bian)流器”。
RAPF是(shi)一種自動跟蹤電(dian)網諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)變(bian)化(hua),具有高度可控性與快(kuai)速響應性的新型(xing)電(dian)力電(dian)子裝置。可用于動態(tai)抑制諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)、補(bu)償(chang)無功,還能(neng)夠(gou)對(dui)大小(xiao)和頻率都變(bian)化(hua)的諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)以及變(bian)化(hua)的無功進(jin)行(xing)補(bu)償(chang)。APF克服了傳(chuan)統無源(yuan)濾波(bo)(bo)器濾波(bo)(bo)效果差(cha)、容易發生諧(xie)(xie)振和只能(neng)補(bu)償(chang)固定次(ci)數諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)的缺(que)點,對(dui)各種快(kuai)速瞬變(bian)的沖擊(ji)型(xing)負載均能(neng)起到更好的濾波(bo)(bo)和補(bu)償(chang)效果。
RAPF是一種自動(dong)跟(gen)蹤電網諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)變化(hua),具有高度可(ke)(ke)控性與快(kuai)速響應性的新(xin)型(xing)(xing)電力電子裝置。可(ke)(ke)用于(yu)動(dong)態抑制諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)、補(bu)償無功,還能夠對大(da)小(xiao)和(he)頻(pin)率都(dou)變化(hua)的諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)以及變化(hua)的無功進行補(bu)償。APF克服了傳統無源(yuan)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)效(xiao)果差、容易發生諧(xie)(xie)振和(he)只能補(bu)償固定次數(shu)諧(xie)(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的缺點,對各種快(kuai)速瞬(shun)變的沖擊(ji)型(xing)(xing)負載(zai)均能起(qi)到更(geng)好(hao)的濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)和(he)補(bu)償效(xiao)果。
電弧爐做為非線性及無(wu)規律負荷接入電網(wang)(wang),將會對電網(wang)(wang)產(chan)生(sheng)一系列不(bu)良(liang)影響。榮信興業SVC系統響應小于(yu)10ms,完(wan)全(quan)可以滿足嚴格的技術要求(qiu),能夠向電弧爐快(kuai)速提(ti)供(gong)無(wu)功電流并且穩定母線電網(wang)(wang)電壓,增加冶金有功功率(lv)的輸(shu)出提(ti)高生(sheng)產(chan)效率(lv),并且最大限度地降低閃變的影響。
SVC應(ying)用于高壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang),可以明顯(xian)提高電(dian)(dian)力系統(tong)輸(shu)配電(dian)(dian)性能(neng)。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)一(yi)處或多處適合的(de)位置(zhi)上(shang)安裝SVC,可穩定弱系統(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、增加小干擾(rao)下的(de)阻尼、提高瞬變穩態(tai)極限、增加傳輸(shu)能(neng)力,使現(xian)有(you)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)發揮最大效率,同(tong)時減少傳輸(shu)損耗(hao)。此外,在(zai)配電(dian)(dian)網(wang)中安裝SVC系統(tong)也可有(you)效的(de)改(gai)善(shan)配網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定性,大幅(fu)減小電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波動(dong)。
SVC應用(yong)于高壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang),可(ke)以明(ming)顯提高電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)統(tong)輸(shu)配電(dian)(dian)性能。在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)一處(chu)或多處(chu)適(shi)合的(de)位置上安裝SVC,可(ke)穩定弱(ruo)系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、增加小(xiao)干擾下的(de)阻尼、提高瞬變穩態極限、增加傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)能力(li),使現有(you)(you)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)發揮最大效(xiao)率,同(tong)時減(jian)少傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)損耗。此外(wai),在配電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)中安裝SVC系(xi)統(tong)也可(ke)有(you)(you)效(xiao)的(de)改善配網(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定性,大幅減(jian)小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波動。
高(gao)壓串補裝(zhuang)置主(zhu)要用于(yu)提升高(gao)壓輸(shu)(shu)電線路(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的輸(shu)(shu)送能力、增強傳輸(shu)(shu)線路的功(gong)角穩定性。
配(pei)網中(zhong)壓串補裝置(zhi)主要(yao)用(yong)于(yu)提升長距離配(pei)電(dian)線路(lu)(10kV、35kV、66kV等(deng))的末端(duan)電(dian)壓,改善企業和居民用(yong)電(dian)質量。
