榮信興業(ye)高(gao)壓(ya)無(wu)(wu)功補償裝置(簡稱RSVG),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)瞬時(shi)無(wu)(wu)功功率(lv)理論的(de)無(wu)(wu)功檢(jian)測方式,以(yi)功率(lv)因(yin)數(shu)、網(wang)側電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)目標,動態(tai)跟蹤電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)相關指標的(de)變(bian)(bian)化,并根據(ju)變(bian)(bian)化情(qing)況調節無(wu)(wu)功輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質量運行。控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)器采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)高(gao)速DSP和FPGA,實(shi)現(xian)(xian)全數(shu)字化控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)流數(shu)字閉環和載(zai)波(bo)(bo)移相技術,信號(hao)采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)光纖傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)(shu),實(shi)現(xian)(xian)了(le)高(gao)壓(ya)隔離,提高(gao)了(le)整機的(de)穩定(ding)性(xing)和可(ke)(ke)靠性(xing)。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)(yong)IGBT組成(cheng)(cheng)的(de)H橋(qiao)功率(lv)模塊(kuai)鏈(lian)作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)主電(dian)(dian)路的(de)結構(gou)形式,拓(tuo)撲(pu)簡單(dan),性(xing)能(neng)(neng)可(ke)(ke)靠,并輔助以(yi)小容量儲(chu)能(neng)(neng)元件,整機輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)由多(duo)個電(dian)(dian)平臺階合成(cheng)(cheng)階梯波(bo)(bo),經過輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)抗(kang)濾波(bo)(bo)后正(zheng)弦度(du)好(hao)。RSVG由于輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)平數(shu)多(duo),輸(shu)(shu)(shu)出(chu)波(bo)(bo)形具(ju)有更好(hao)的(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)頻譜,因(yin)此RSVG可(ke)(ke)稱為(wei)(wei)“完美無(wu)(wu)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)變(bian)(bian)流器”。
RAPF是一種自動(dong)跟蹤電網諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)變(bian)化,具有(you)高度可控性與快速響應性的(de)新型電力(li)電子裝置。可用于動(dong)態抑制諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)、補(bu)(bu)償無功,還(huan)能夠對(dui)大小和(he)(he)頻率都變(bian)化的(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)以及(ji)變(bian)化的(de)無功進行(xing)補(bu)(bu)償。APF克服(fu)了傳統無源濾波(bo)(bo)器濾波(bo)(bo)效(xiao)果(guo)差、容(rong)易發生(sheng)諧(xie)振和(he)(he)只能補(bu)(bu)償固定次數諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)的(de)缺點,對(dui)各(ge)種快速瞬(shun)變(bian)的(de)沖擊型負載均能起到更好的(de)濾波(bo)(bo)和(he)(he)補(bu)(bu)償效(xiao)果(guo)。

電(dian)弧爐做(zuo)為非線性及無(wu)規律負荷接(jie)入電(dian)網(wang),將會(hui)對(dui)電(dian)網(wang)產(chan)生一系(xi)(xi)列不良影響。榮信(xin)興(xing)業SVC系(xi)(xi)統響應(ying)小于10ms,完全可以滿足(zu)嚴(yan)格的(de)(de)技術要求,能夠(gou)向電(dian)弧爐快(kuai)速提供無(wu)功電(dian)流并且穩(wen)定母線電(dian)網(wang)電(dian)壓,增加冶金(jin)有功功率的(de)(de)輸出提高生產(chan)效率,并且最大限度地降低閃變的(de)(de)影響。
SVC應用于高壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),可以(yi)明顯提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系統輸(shu)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性能。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)一處(chu)或多處(chu)適(shi)合的(de)位(wei)置上安裝(zhuang)SVC,可穩定(ding)弱系統電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、增加(jia)小(xiao)干(gan)擾下的(de)阻(zu)尼、提(ti)高瞬(shun)變(bian)穩態極(ji)限、增加(jia)傳輸(shu)能力,使現(xian)有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)發揮(hui)最大(da)效率(lv),同時(shi)減少傳輸(shu)損耗。此外,在(zai)配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中安裝(zhuang)SVC系統也可有效的(de)改善配(pei)(pei)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定(ding)性,大(da)幅減小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波動(dong)。
SVC應用于高(gao)壓輸(shu)(shu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),可(ke)(ke)以明顯提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)輸(shu)(shu)配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)能(neng)。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)的一處或多(duo)處適合的位置上(shang)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)SVC,可(ke)(ke)穩(wen)定弱系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、增加小干擾下的阻尼、提高(gao)瞬變穩(wen)態極限、增加傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)能(neng)力,使現有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)發(fa)揮最大效(xiao)率,同(tong)時減少傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)(shu)損耗。此外(wai),在配電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)中(zhong)安裝(zhuang)(zhuang)SVC系(xi)統(tong)也可(ke)(ke)有(you)效(xiao)的改善配網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穩(wen)定性(xing),大幅減小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波動。
高(gao)壓串(chuan)補裝置(zhi)主要用(yong)于提升(sheng)高(gao)壓輸電(dian)線路(220kV、500kV、750kV等(deng))的(de)輸送能力(li)、增強傳輸線路的(de)功角穩定性。
配網中壓串補裝(zhuang)置主要(yao)用于提升長(chang)距離(li)配電(dian)線(xian)路(10kV、35kV、66kV等)的末端電(dian)壓,改善企業和(he)居民用電(dian)質量。
