榮信(xin)(xin)興業高壓無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)補償裝置(簡稱(cheng)RSVG),采(cai)用瞬時無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)理(li)論的(de)(de)(de)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)檢測方式(shi),以功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)因(yin)數、網(wang)(wang)側電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓作為(wei)(wei)控制目(mu)標(biao),動態跟蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能相(xiang)關指標(biao)的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)(hua),并根據變化(hua)(hua)情況調節無(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)輸出(chu)(chu),實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)(de)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量(liang)運(yun)行。控制器采(cai)用高速DSP和FPGA,實(shi)現(xian)全數字化(hua)(hua)控制,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流數字閉(bi)環(huan)和載(zai)波(bo)(bo)(bo)移相(xiang)技術,信(xin)(xin)號(hao)采(cai)用光纖傳輸,實(shi)現(xian)了高壓隔(ge)離(li),提高了整機(ji)的(de)(de)(de)穩定性(xing)和可(ke)靠性(xing)。采(cai)用IGBT組成的(de)(de)(de)H橋(qiao)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)模塊鏈作為(wei)(wei)逆變主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)結構形式(shi),拓(tuo)撲(pu)簡單(dan),性(xing)能可(ke)靠,并輔(fu)助以小(xiao)容量(liang)儲能元(yuan)件,整機(ji)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓由多(duo)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平臺階合(he)成階梯波(bo)(bo)(bo),經過輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)后正弦(xian)度好(hao)。RSVG由于(yu)輸出(chu)(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平數多(duo),輸出(chu)(chu)波(bo)(bo)(bo)形具有更好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)諧波(bo)(bo)(bo)頻譜(pu),因(yin)此RSVG可(ke)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)“完(wan)美無(wu)諧波(bo)(bo)(bo)變流器”。
RAPF是一種(zhong)自動(dong)跟(gen)蹤電(dian)網諧波(bo)(bo)變(bian)(bian)(bian)化,具(ju)有高度可(ke)(ke)控性與快速(su)響應性的(de)新型電(dian)力電(dian)子裝置。可(ke)(ke)用(yong)于動(dong)態抑制諧波(bo)(bo)、補償(chang)無功,還能夠(gou)對大(da)小和(he)頻率都變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)諧波(bo)(bo)以及變(bian)(bian)(bian)化的(de)無功進行補償(chang)。APF克服了傳(chuan)統(tong)無源濾波(bo)(bo)器(qi)濾波(bo)(bo)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)差、容易發生諧振和(he)只能補償(chang)固(gu)定次數諧波(bo)(bo)的(de)缺點,對各種(zhong)快速(su)瞬變(bian)(bian)(bian)的(de)沖擊型負(fu)載均能起到更好的(de)濾波(bo)(bo)和(he)補償(chang)效(xiao)(xiao)果(guo)。

電(dian)(dian)弧爐做為非線性(xing)及無規律負荷接入電(dian)(dian)網(wang),將(jiang)會對電(dian)(dian)網(wang)產生(sheng)(sheng)一系列不(bu)良影(ying)響(xiang)。榮信(xin)興業SVC系統響(xiang)應小(xiao)于(yu)10ms,完(wan)全可以滿足(zu)嚴格的技術要求,能(neng)夠(gou)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)弧爐快(kuai)速(su)提供無功電(dian)(dian)流(liu)并且穩定母線電(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓,增加冶(ye)金有(you)功功率的輸出提高生(sheng)(sheng)產效率,并且最大限度地降低閃變的影(ying)響(xiang)。
SVC應用(yong)于高壓(ya)(ya)輸電(dian)(dian)網(wang),可以(yi)明顯提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)力系統輸配電(dian)(dian)性能(neng)。在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的一處或多處適合的位置上安裝SVC,可穩(wen)定弱(ruo)系統電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)、增(zeng)(zeng)加小(xiao)干(gan)擾下的阻(zu)尼、提(ti)高瞬變穩(wen)態極限、增(zeng)(zeng)加傳(chuan)輸能(neng)力,使現有電(dian)(dian)網(wang)發揮最大效率,同(tong)時減(jian)少傳(chuan)輸損(sun)耗。此(ci)外,在配電(dian)(dian)網(wang)中安裝SVC系統也(ye)可有效的改善配網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)穩(wen)定性,大幅減(jian)小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)波(bo)動。

高(gao)壓串補裝置主要用于提(ti)升高(gao)壓輸(shu)(shu)電線(xian)路(lu)(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的輸(shu)(shu)送能力(li)、增強傳輸(shu)(shu)線(xian)路(lu)的功(gong)角(jiao)穩定性。
配網中壓串補(bu)裝置主(zhu)要用(yong)于提升(sheng)長距離(li)配電線(xian)路(10kV、35kV、66kV等)的末端電壓,改善企業和(he)居民用(yong)電質量。
