榮(rong)信(xin)興(xing)業高壓無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)補償裝置(簡(jian)稱(cheng)RSVG),采用瞬(shun)時(shi)無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率理論的無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)檢測方式(shi),以功(gong)(gong)(gong)率因(yin)數、網側電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓作為控(kong)制目標,動態跟蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)相關指標的變(bian)化,并根據變(bian)化情況調節無(wu)(wu)(wu)功(gong)(gong)(gong)輸出,實(shi)(shi)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)網的高電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質量運(yun)行(xing)。控(kong)制器采用高速DSP和FPGA,實(shi)(shi)現全數字(zi)化控(kong)制,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)數字(zi)閉環和載波(bo)(bo)移相技術,信(xin)號采用光纖傳輸,實(shi)(shi)現了高壓隔(ge)離,提高了整機的穩定性和可(ke)靠(kao)(kao)性。采用IGBT組成的H橋(qiao)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率模塊鏈作為逆變(bian)主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的結構形式(shi),拓(tuo)撲(pu)簡(jian)單(dan),性能(neng)(neng)可(ke)靠(kao)(kao),并輔助以小容量儲能(neng)(neng)元(yuan)件,整機輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓由多個電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)臺階(jie)合(he)成階(jie)梯(ti)波(bo)(bo),經過(guo)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗濾波(bo)(bo)后正弦度好。RSVG由于(yu)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)數多,輸出波(bo)(bo)形具有(you)更好的諧波(bo)(bo)頻譜(pu),因(yin)此(ci)RSVG可(ke)稱(cheng)為“完美(mei)無(wu)(wu)(wu)諧波(bo)(bo)變(bian)流(liu)器”。
RAPF是一種(zhong)自(zi)動跟蹤電網諧(xie)波變化,具有高度可控性(xing)與(yu)快(kuai)速(su)響應(ying)性(xing)的新型電力電子(zi)裝置。可用于動態抑(yi)制諧(xie)波、補償無功(gong)(gong),還(huan)能夠(gou)對(dui)大小和頻率(lv)都變化的諧(xie)波以及(ji)變化的無功(gong)(gong)進行補償。APF克(ke)服了傳(chuan)統無源濾波器(qi)濾波效果(guo)差、容易發生諧(xie)振和只能補償固(gu)定次數(shu)諧(xie)波的缺點,對(dui)各種(zhong)快(kuai)速(su)瞬變的沖擊(ji)型負(fu)載均能起(qi)到更好的濾波和補償效果(guo)。

電(dian)弧爐做為非(fei)線性(xing)及(ji)無規律(lv)負荷接入電(dian)網,將會對電(dian)網產(chan)生一(yi)系列不良影響。榮信興業SVC系統(tong)響應(ying)小于10ms,完(wan)全可以滿足嚴格的(de)技(ji)術要求,能夠向電(dian)弧爐快速(su)提供無功電(dian)流并且穩定(ding)母線電(dian)網電(dian)壓(ya),增加冶(ye)金有功功率(lv)(lv)的(de)輸(shu)出(chu)提高生產(chan)效(xiao)率(lv)(lv),并且最大限度地降(jiang)低閃變的(de)影響。
SVC應用(yong)于(yu)高(gao)(gao)壓輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang),可(ke)以明顯(xian)提高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)輸配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)性(xing)(xing)能。在電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)一(yi)處或多處適合(he)的(de)位(wei)置上安(an)裝SVC,可(ke)穩定弱系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、增(zeng)加小(xiao)干擾下(xia)的(de)阻尼、提高(gao)(gao)瞬變穩態極限、增(zeng)加傳(chuan)輸能力,使現有(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)發揮(hui)最大(da)效率(lv),同(tong)時減少傳(chuan)輸損耗。此外(wai),在配(pei)(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中安(an)裝SVC系(xi)統(tong)也可(ke)有(you)效的(de)改善(shan)配(pei)(pei)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓穩定性(xing)(xing),大(da)幅減小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓波動。

高壓串(chuan)補裝(zhuang)置主要用(yong)于(yu)提(ti)升高壓輸(shu)電線路(lu)(lu)(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的輸(shu)送能力、增強傳輸(shu)線路(lu)(lu)的功(gong)角穩(wen)定性。
配網中壓串補裝置主要用于提升(sheng)長(chang)距(ju)離配電(dian)線路(10kV、35kV、66kV等)的末端電(dian)壓,改善企業和(he)居(ju)民用電(dian)質(zhi)量。
