福建省(sheng)華安水電(dian)廠電(dian)力(li)發展公司(si)35kV金山2#變電(dian)站10kV母線(xian)接有(you)裕(yu)興(xing)(xing)Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ路(lu)4條饋線(xian),供(gong)華易鑫鐵(tie)廠負(fu)荷,其(qi)中裕(yu)興(xing)(xing)Ⅰ、Ⅱ路(lu)分別供(gong)兩臺(tai)容(rong)(rong)量為8000kVA電(dian)弧爐,裕(yu)興(xing)(xing)Ⅲ路(lu)供(gong)一臺(tai)容(rong)(rong)量為4000kVA精煉爐,裕(yu)興(xing)(xing)Ⅳ路(lu)供(gong)一臺(tai)容(rong)(rong)量630kVA動力(li)變及5000kVA無功補償(chang)裝置(zhi)。正常生(sheng)產時,兩臺(tai)電(dian)弧爐和精煉爐會(hui)同時生(sheng)產。
因為(wei)電(dian)弧(hu)爐工(gong)作時會產(chan)(chan)生很大無(wu)(wu)功沖擊,會使電(dian)網公共(gong)母線上產(chan)(chan)生較大的無(wu)(wu)功變動(dong)(dong),且會產(chan)(chan)生不(bu)規則的低次諧波(bo)(bo),對離此負荷較近的水(shui)力(li)發電(dian)廠設備(bei)產(chan)(chan)生較大影響。現(xian)場反饋電(dian)弧(hu)爐工(gong)作時,水(shui)力(li)發電(dian)機組(zu)的有(you)功功率波(bo)(bo)動(dong)(dong)達6MW~7MW,有(you)功功率的快速波(bo)(bo)動(dong)(dong)可(ke)能(neng)導致機組(zu)振動(dong)(dong),對機組(zu)的長期穩定運行有(you)著極大危害。
為(wei)解決(jue)現場存在(zai)的(de)電(dian)能質量(liang)問(wen)題,RXPE在(zai)用戶(hu)10kV開(kai)關柜出(chu)線裝(zhuang)設一(yi)套(tao)10kV直掛式補(bu)償容(rong)(rong)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)小于14Mvar的(de)動(dong)態無功(gong)補(bu)償與諧(xie)波治(zhi)理成套(tao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)(SVG+FC型),共1套(tao)。該(gai)套(tao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)包括(kuo)一(yi)套(tao)不(bu)(bu)小于±7Mvar SVG和一(yi)組基波補(bu)償容(rong)(rong)量(liang)不(bu)(bu)小于7Mvar FC,該(gai)成套(tao)裝(zhuang)置(zhi)可實現無功(gong)在(zai)不(bu)(bu)小于感性0Mvar~容(rong)(rong)性14Mvar范(fan)圍內連續快速調節,并治(zhi)理電(dian)弧爐產生的(de)各次諧(xie)波電(dian)流。
為解(jie)決現(xian)場存在(zai)的電(dian)(dian)能質量問題,RXPE在(zai)用戶(hu)10kV開關柜出線裝設一套(tao)10kV直掛(gua)式補償(chang)容(rong)量不小于(yu)14Mvar的動態(tai)無功補償(chang)與(yu)諧波(bo)(bo)治(zhi)理成套(tao)裝置(SVG+FC型),共1套(tao)。該(gai)套(tao)裝置包括(kuo)一套(tao)不小于(yu)±7Mvar SVG和一組基波(bo)(bo)補償(chang)容(rong)量不小于(yu)7Mvar FC,該(gai)成套(tao)裝置可實(shi)現(xian)無功在(zai)不小于(yu)感性0Mvar~容(rong)性14Mvar范圍內連(lian)續快速調節,并治(zhi)理電(dian)(dian)弧爐產生的各次諧波(bo)(bo)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。

據中央電(dian)(dian)視臺報道(dao),2018年(nian)12月25日13時21分(fen),隨著(zhu)第57號風(feng)機(ji)的(de)成功并網,國家電(dian)(dian)投(tou)大(da)豐H3海上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目72臺風(feng)機(ji)順利(li)實現全容(rong)(rong)量投(tou)產并網。標(biao)志著(zhu)我國離岸最遠(yuan)的(de)海上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場正式投(tou)入運(yun)營;標(biao)志著(zhu)該項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目順利(li)實現全容(rong)(rong)量并網,創下了電(dian)(dian)力行業(ye)內(nei)同(tong)等規模(mo)海上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)目建(jian)設及(ji)投(tou)運(yun)在當年(nian)開工(gong)、當年(nian)建(jian)成、當年(nian)收益(yi)的(de)三項(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)(xiang)紀錄(lu)。也為我國在深海領域發展(zhan)大(da)容(rong)(rong)量、大(da)規模(mo)海上(shang)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)積(ji)累(lei)了寶貴經驗。
當前大規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)由(you)數(shu)(shu)百臺甚至(zhi)數(shu)(shu)千臺風(feng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)組(zu)成(cheng),它們(men)類型多樣(雙饋風(feng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)、鼠(shu)籠式風(feng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)、直驅風(feng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)等(deng)),控(kong)制參(can)數(shu)(shu)各異,而(er)且運行方(fang)式各不相同。風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)大多地處偏遠地區(qu),遠離(li)負(fu)荷中心,其并(bing)網點短路(lu)比(bi)(SCR)隨著風(feng)電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)組(zu)并(bing)網數(shu)(shu)量的增加而(er)降低,形(xing)成(cheng)弱交流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)。同時,大規(gui)模(mo)風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)常采用高壓直流(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(HVDC)技術(shu)或串聯補償技術(shu)實現遠距離(li)外送。相關研(yan)究表明,當風(feng)電(dian)(dian)場(chang)并(bing)入弱交流(liu)系(xi)統(tong)、含串聯補償系(xi)統(tong),以(yi)及HVDC系(xi)統(tong)時,均可能發生次同步振(zhen)蕩。
